For example, if you don't want bones, there won't be any. Don't want skin? We'll remove it. If it's for that day it will be fresh - and superb. If it's for another day we'll vacuum pack your order. We buy the finest, freshest fish - and guarantee it'll be good in 3 days' time, or after 3 months in a freezer.
