We sell fresh poultry and eggs on our Blackburn Market Stall, Our home-reared Turkeys (available all year round) and chickens can be bought whole or in portions and can also be marinated in a choice of marinades. We also sell our famous "Turkey sausage" available in four varieties and turkey and chicken burgers. We now also sell Chicken, leek and Black pepper sausage - a sizzling change!!!
