Loan a scooter!

Every Market Day, we have a number of scooters and wheelchairs available to shoppers with mobility problems near to the glass lift on the 3 Day Market

Every Non Market Day, we have two mobility scooters to loan which are in the Markets Office

The scooters are available from 9.30 a.m. until 1.00 p.m. and 1.00 p.m. until 4.00 p.m. and can be used within Blackburn Town Centre.

First time users should bring  their Blue Badge and two forms of identification with their name and address on them to the Blackburn Market Office to become a member of the scheme.

The scooters will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Cost - £1.50 per session
